Out of Hours

Our out of hours emergency service is run by VetsNow. VetsNow work in partnership with us to ensure that 24hours a day your pet has access to a vet.

VetsNow are the equivalant of A&E for your pet and are open at nights, weekends and bank holidays. Their vets do not work through the day which means that they are dedicated to providing care out of hours.

Using the service is simple, telephone your normal surgery number and if they are closed there will be a message with the Preston VetsNow number. If you do need to ring VetsNow they will be happy to give you advice over the phone and will advise you on whether they feel they need to see your pet.

Payment for the VetsNow service is made at the time of treatment, they accept cash, credit and debit cards. If your pet is insured the insurance may cover the costs.
