A responsible and effective way of worming your horse.
The aim of worming is not to eliminate worms from your horse but to keep worm burden at a level that will not cause your horse problems such as colic.
Historically horses were wormed every 6-8 weeks meaning that lots of horses were wormed unnecessarily, leading to problems with drug resistance.
The Oakhill Equine Worming Programme provides appropriate wormers at the right time of year and is supported by the use of faecal worm egg count monitoring.
Faecal worm egg counts reduce the amount of products administered, by only worming those that actually need it.
Our easy-to-follow worming programme covers ALL worms that may affect your horse and it can be started at any time of year.
